Dart Cardinez is a child prodigy who works with Dr. Woodrow Cortez at the National Emergency Response Agency (NERA). He was a student of Dr. Martin Lawson. He stole of all of Dr. Lawson's research and conspired with Dr. Cortez against Sol Alpha. He is set to appear during Part Three.
