Founded in 1869, Umbra Omega's principles are Justice, Power, and Vengeance.
It was founded by a former Sol Alpha because of differing philosophies on how to use psychic powers. They sought to make Sol Alpha into a vigilante group, bypassing traditional courts and prisons. It slowly turned into an authoritarian secret society. Leadership structure:
