President Greenfield James "G.J." Riley
G.J. Riley serves as President of the United States in Part Three. He does not belong to any political party. He defeated Lucinda Regresso during a presidential election. Riley is pro-science, anti-tax, and anti-war. He won through overwhelming support from independent voters and was the first non-partisan president since George Washington.
